Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be CLOSED for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

All items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch Branch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch to reroute the items to your preferred location.

Join us on Saturday, February 14 at 10:30 am, for a lively discussion of Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer.  

In this gripping, first-hand account of the 1996 Everest disaster, journalist Jon Krakauer chronicles the deadly storm that claimed five lives and exposes the peril, obsession, and moral complexity driving climbers to risk everything for the world’s highest peak.

There are copies of the book available inside the library.  The ebook is available via Libby/Overdrive.  

Park inside the gated lot (VISITOR LOT 4).  Bring your parking ticket with you inside the library to be validated by library staff.  Parking is FREE if you get your ticket validated.  Parking outside the gated lot may result in a parking violation from the University of Houston.
