ECI is a statewide program for families with children from birth to 36 months with developmental delays, disabilities, or certain medical diagnoses that may impact development. ECI services support families as they learn how to help their children grow and learn.

Provides voting information, including polling locations/maps, information regarding voting by mail, supervision of balloting and tabulation/preparation of final canvassing reports, and more.
Provide clinical health services, emergency medical services, immunization programs, environmental health (water management, disaster resources), epidemiology, public health emergency preparedness, Indigent health care services, social services, and more.
Institutes a continuing survey of the county’s historical buildings, sites, cemeteries, archeological sites, and more. It assists and advises organizations and individuals in the process of application for Texas Historical Markers.
Provides emergency preparedness and weather alerts, damage, and recovery information including damage surveys and debris management.
Assists residents with case management, utility or rent/mortgage assistance, food or medication assistance, emergency shelp help, and more. They also provide services for Operation Fort Bend Heroes (Veterans Assistance) and The IRIS Women Program (Victims of Crime).
