Come join the Friends of Missouri City Branch Library for their book sale. There are many great items to choose from, including new releases, fiction, nonfiction, children’s, classics, along with DVDs and CDs. All are available for a great price.
Family-History Research: History of the Fort Bend County Courthouse
Join us as we look at a local landmark, the Fort Bend County Courthouse in Richmond. We’ll cover all five buildings that have served our community over the years.
Bring your laptop or notebook and join us for some quiet writing time. Participants will spend the majority of the hour writing. Then they will have the opportunity to share what they have been working on, if they wish to.

Computers for public use are available on a walk-in basis and by reservation. Computer software available on these computers includes Microsoft Office Pro 2024, Educational Software, and access to the Internet.

Fort Bend County Libraries offers wireless-printing services for guests using personal electronic devices.
Study Rooms
Smaller rooms for 1-6 library users who need a quiet place to study. Room sizes vary by location.
