Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be CLOSED for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

All items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch Branch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch to reroute the items to your preferred location.

In honor of Women’s History Month, in this double feature The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (2005, PG) - meet Tibby, Bridget, Lena and Carmen. As the summer before their 16th birthdays approaches, these four best friends with diverse family backgrounds and personalities hatch a plan to stay connected despite being separated for the entire season. The girls pass around a pair of secondhand jeans that, magically, look wonderful on all of them despite their different sizes, with each teen keeping the pants for two weeks.

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 (2008; PG-13) - with unraveled embroidery and fraying hems, the Pants are back for another glorious summer that four now college-aged friends will never forget.

Both films running time 2 hours long and will be played back-to-back starting at 12:00pm.

This program is free and open to the public. Popcorn provided by the Friends of the Cinco Ranch Branch Library.
