Join us on Wednesday, April 8 at 6 pm, for a lively discussion of Absolution by Alice McDermott.  

Set in 1960s Saigon and spanning decades, Absolution follows two American women whose well-intentioned acts of charity during the Vietnam War expose the moral ambiguities of doing good, echoing through their lives and generations to come.

There are copies of the book available inside the library.  The ebook and eaudiobook are available via Libby/Overdrive. The eaudiobook is also available via Hoopla.

Park inside the gated lot (VISITOR LOT 4).  Bring your parking ticket with you inside the library to be validated by library staff.  Parking is FREE if you get your ticket validated.  Parking outside the gated lot may result in a parking violation from the University of Houston.
