Come celebrate and explore the flavors of the African diaspora with us! Join Erica Knighton from Prairie View A&M Extension as she presents A Taste of African Heritage, a six-part series that will take place each Monday evening March 11 through April 15. This series is aimed at demonstrating how to prepare healthy, delicious meals with a unique African flair.
