Program Description

Description

In honor of this year's Women's History Month theme, "Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories", join us for this workshop and discussion on telling your story through journaling.

Practicing self-care and spending time with yourself can be accomplished through reflection and journaling. By reflecting on your thoughts and feelings, you can gain a better understanding of who you are. Journaling doesn't have to be an inspirational piece or a novel. Staying present is as simple as writing about your day.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Missouri City Branch Library.

Materials are limited, and registration is required. Register online or call 281-238-2100 to sign up.
