Cinco Ranch Branch Library will RE-OPEN on Monday, March 9. 

Cinco Ranch Branch patrons with hold items available for pickup on or before March 6, 2026, currently being held at the Fulshear Branch Library, should visit the Fulshear Branch to pick up those items. If another location is more convenient, please contact the Fulshear Branch Library to have your items rerouted to your preferred pickup location.

 
Any hold requests filled after March 6 will be held at the Cinco Ranch Branch and will be available during its open hours. The pickup location will be indicated on your hold notification.

Description

Join Jeffrey Gardner as he puts The Scientific Method to the test in this hour-long  show full of experiments and MAGIC! He will explore the science of Polymers, the seemingly magical strength of levers, and even the fun of making SLIME!  This program is for students in grades 6 and up.  Space is limited.  Reservations begin on June 27th, call 281-238-2813 to register.  Attendants must be registered to attend this program. If you are registered and do not show up within the first five minutes of the program, your spot will be released and given to someone else.  This program was funded by the Friends of the First Colony Library.  Snacks will be provided.
