Description

Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. Come enjoy an informational session designed to alleviate fears and know your risk factors, while still being able to enjoy activity and movement.

Feel free to bring your lunch. Beverages will be provided courtesy of the Friends of the Sienna Branch Library.

This program is presented by Courtney S. Bryant, from the Prairie View A&M University Cooperative Extension.
