Cinco Ranch Branch Library is currently CLOSED for carpet replacement and will RE-OPEN on Monday, March 9. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

Cinco Ranch Branch patrons with hold items available for pickup on or before March 6, 2026, currently being held at the Fulshear Branch Library, should visit the Fulshear Branch to pick up those items. If another location is more convenient, please contact the Fulshear Branch Library to have your items rerouted to your preferred pickup location.

 
Any hold requests filled after March 6 will be held at the Cinco Ranch Branch and will be available during its open hours. The pickup location will be indicated on your hold notification.

Description

Express Classes intended for Legal Professionals and the public to learn basic software.

These are introductory classes to technology in your legal practice.

This class is presented both in person and online. Please indicate in the “Special Notes” section below whether you WIll be attending in person or online

Classes include legal formatting in Microsoft Word, presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint,and converting documents in Adobe Pro. Plus, introductions to using our databases such as Westlaw, Lexis Advance, and Hein Online!

Classes for the month are as follows: Intro to Lexis Digital Library (7th), Other Library Databases (14th), Basics of Hein Online (21st), Formatting in Microsoft Word (28th)
