Cinco Ranch Branch Library will RE-OPEN on Monday, March 9. 

Cinco Ranch Branch patrons with hold items available for pickup on or before March 6, 2026, currently being held at the Fulshear Branch Library, should visit the Fulshear Branch to pick up those items. If another location is more convenient, please contact the Fulshear Branch Library to have your items rerouted to your preferred pickup location.

 
Any hold requests filled after March 6 will be held at the Cinco Ranch Branch and will be available during its open hours. The pickup location will be indicated on your hold notification.

Description

Because of hurricane-related issues, the "Drum & Strum" youth program will not take place this week. In it's place, the children's theater performance of "Chicken Big," presented by Books Alive, will occur on Wednesday, July 17, at 2:00 and 3:00 pm.

Through the use of voice, drum, banjo and guitar musicians JAWAD and Joseph demonstrate the two basic elements of music rhythm and melody.  This interactive performance will introduce children to the concepts of tone, pitch, rhythm and melody.  This program is made possible by the Friends of the Cinco Ranch Branch Library. 

Space is limited. Tickets are required for entry and will be handed out starting 1 hour before showtime. No late admittance.
