CLOSING
Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be closed for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. Holds can be picked up through Thu, Jan 8 at Cinco Ranch Branch. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch.
Beginning Fri, Jan 9, until the re-opening of the Cinco Ranch Branch building, all items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch on Jan 9 to reroute the items to your preferred location.

You are responsible for the set-up, take down, and clean-up of the room within the requested meeting time on the application.
Equipment
The Mulitpurpose Room includes a whiteboard. (Please bring your own dry erase markers and eraser.)
Furniture available upon request include: a lectern (1), presenter’s stand (1), easel (1), tables (10), and chairs (40).
Audio visual equipment available upon request include: Video projector, Screen, connections for laptops, DVD/CD Player, and Microphone (wired microphone, wireless lapel, wireless held-held).
Seating
There are 10 rectangular tables (6-ft) and 40 chairs available for use in the multipurpose room.
