The Meeting Room is the largest room available at the Sugar Land Branch Library. You are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the room.
Equipment
The Meeting Room includes a lectern (1), easel (4), coffee pot (filters not provided), marker board (markers not provided). Audio visual equipment available include: DVD, CD player, video projector (ceiling), transparency projector, microphone (2), microphone stand (floor); branch laptop (separate form).
Seating
There are 12 rectangular tables (6-ft) and 90 chairs available for use in the meeting room.
