The Meeting Room is the largest room available at the Mission Bend Branch Library.
You are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the room.

The Meeting Room includes a lectern, easel, coffee pot (coffee and filters not provided), marker board (markers not provided).
Audio visual equipment available include: video projector, DVD/Blu-Ray player, CD player, microphone (wireless handheld or lapel), laptop.
Seating
Rectangular tables (6-ft) and 90 chairs available for use in the meeting room.
