The Meeting Room is the largest room available at George Memorial Library. You are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the room.
Equipment
The Meeting Room includes a lectern (1), easel (2), dry-erase board,
Audio visual equipment available Monday through Saturday include: Laptop, projector, transparency projector, screen, sound/audio, TV, DVD player, Blu-Ray Player, VCR, phone (1), Maximum 3 wired and 2 wireless microphones (wired hand-held, wireless lapel, wireless hand-held), and microphone stand (floor or table). A/V equipment is NOT available on Sundays.
Seating
There are 12 rectangular tables (6-ft) and 125 chairs available for use in the meeting room.
