The Meeting Room is the largest room available at the Fulshear Branch Library. You are responsible for the set-up, take down, and clean-up of the room within the requested meeting time on the application.
Equipment
The Meeting Room includes a lectern (1), easel (2), marker board (markers not provided)
Audio visual equipment available includes: DVD, CD player, video projector, transparency projector, screen, microphone (wireless handheld, wired handheld, wireless lapel, microphone floor stand).
Seating
There are 16 rectangular tables (6-ft) and 100 chairs available for use in the meeting room.
