The Meeting Room is the largest room available at the First Colony Branch Library. You are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the room.
The Meeting Room can be reserved after hours, See the After Hours Policy (link)
Equipment
The Meeting Room includes a lectern (1), easel (2), 12-cup coffee pot (1 available), marker board (markers not provided)
Audio visual equipment available includes: DVD/VCR, TV/DVD cart, CD player (multi-disc), video projector, transparency projector, screen, laptop computer, microphone (wireless handheld, wired handheld, wireless lapel, microphone floor stand).
Seating
There are 10 rectangular tables (6-ft) and 100 chairs available for use in the meeting room.
