The Meeting Room is the largest room available at the Cinco Ranch Branch Library. You are responsible for the set-up, take down, and clean-up of the room within the requested meeting time on the application.

The Meeting Room furniture available upon request include a lectern (1), an easel (1), tables (18), and chairs (120).
Audio visual equipment available include: Video projector, Screen, connections for laptops, DVD/CD player, and Microphone (wired microphone, wireless lapel, wireless held-held.

There are 18 rectangular tables (6-ft) and 120 chairs available for use in the meeting room.
