Cinco Ranch Branch Library will RE-OPEN on Monday, March 9. 

Cinco Ranch Branch patrons with hold items available for pickup on or before March 6, 2026, currently being held at the Fulshear Branch Library, should visit the Fulshear Branch to pick up those items. If another location is more convenient, please contact the Fulshear Branch Library to have your items rerouted to your preferred pickup location.

 
Any hold requests filled after March 6 will be held at the Cinco Ranch Branch and will be available during its open hours. The pickup location will be indicated on your hold notification.

 

Libraries accepting donations of semi-formal or formal attire for a Prom Boutique

Prom Boutique March 28 at George Memorial Library

Fort Bend County Libraries will have a Prom Boutique at George Memorial Library (1001 Golfview Dr, Richmond, TX 77469), on Saturday, March 28, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

 Donations of gently used semi-formal or formal attire, shoes, shawls, hair accessories, and jewelry will be accepted March 1 through March 26, during business hours at the following locations:

  • Albert George Branch (9230 Gene St, Needville, TX 77461)
  • Cinco Ranch Branch (2620 Commercial Center Blvd, Katy, TX 77494)
  • Fulshear Branch (6350 GM Library Rd., Fulshear, TX 77441)
  • George Memorial Library (1001 Golfview Dr., Richmond, TX 77469)
  • Mission Bend Branch (8421 Addicks Clodine Rd. Houston, TX 77083)
  • Sienna Branch (8411 Sienna Springs Blvd., Missouri City, TX 77459)
  • Sugar Land Branch (550 Eldridge Rd., Sugar Land, TX 77478)
  • University Branch (14010 University Blvd. Sugar Land, TX 77479)

 Please make sure donations are clean and in good condition. Teens that attend the March 28 Prom Boutique will receive a voucher to select a dress/suit, a pair of shoes, and accessories.
