Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be closed for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building.

Holiday:

All Fort Bend County Libraries locations will CLOSE at 5:00 pm Wed, Dec 24, and will be CLOSED from Thu, Dec 25 through Sun, Dec 28, 2025, for Christmas. 

All Fort Bend County Libraries locations will CLOSE at 5:00 pm Wed, Dec 31, and will be CLOSED Thu, Jan 1, 2026, for the New Year's Holiday.

History

Friends of Mission Bend Branch Library was organized in 2024.

Mission Statement

Empowering literacy and community through support of the Mission Bend Branch Library. To fulfill our mission, the Friends host events that raise money and awareness for the Mission Bend Branch Library and library system to enable it to meet or exceed it’s mission, vision, and goals.

Book Sales

We have an ongoing book sale wall in the library (at the rear of the library on the right by the conference room) and book sale events. Please visit our website for more information.
