Looking to get crafty this Halloween?  Join us as we create some DIY Halloween decorations featuring literary monsters from horror and gothic novels of the past!

End Fall Break with a BANG at our Fall Carnival! Join the youth staff for crafts, caramel apples, games, and more! This program This program will be come and go, and is made possible by the Friends of First Colony Branch Library.

Join us for Homeschool Social Hour at the library! This program provides a welcoming space for kids to make friends and explore new activities. Parents can network, share resources, and exchange ideas while the kids enjoy crafts, games, and more.

Children and families are invited to join us for a special fire safety program! Enjoy a special visit from local Sugar Land firefighters, who will explain fire safety tips, give a brief demonstration, and a fire truck tour!

This program is for ages 14 and up, including adults.

Calling all young builders! Join us for an afternoon of creativity and construction. We'll have Lego's, magnetic tiles, and more for kids in grades K-5 to let their imagination run wild.

Join us for a fun program to explore new topics and learn new skills on the first and third Wednesday of each month.  Arts, crafts, and activities for grades 1-5.  

Learn about artist Pablo Picasso by creating an inspired work of art. We'll provide the supplies, you bring the creativity! This program is for children in grades K-5.

Explore the arts! Join us to learn about famous artists and art styles in this new After-School Break series. This month attendees will learn about Yayoi Kusama and her art style! This program is for children in grades 1-5 only.

Master the art of design during Masquerade Madness! Join us as we design our own masquerade masks. Take home your very own creation and wow everyone with your new look!

Decorate your windows for the season with Halloween hand-clings! Using only your hand and glue learn how to make a ghost-like print that clings to glass surfaces.             

Teens can create their own costume for a mini rubber duck and learn basic sewing skills at this fun craft class! Materials will be provided. 

This program is for students in grades 9 through 12. 

Teens who enjoy anime culture join to watch anime and participate in related activities such as crafts, recipes, and learning new skills. This month, create an anime inspired lantern!
