Mother Goose Time is a 30-minute multisensory activity time designed for pre-walkers from 0-12 months of age. Mother Goose Time includes rhymes, finger plays, and lullabies designed for early educational development.

This a therapeutic and sensory-focused yoga class tailored for all children (neurodivergent and neurotypical).

Meena Kankani from Swasth Yoga Katy will teach participants Chair yoga. A modified form of traditional yoga that is performed while seated in a chair, providing support and stability for various poses.
