Meena Kankani from Swasth Yoga Katy will teach participants Chair yoga. A modified form of traditional yoga that is performed while seated in a chair, providing support and stability for various poses.

English-language learners of any level, join us for this opportunity to practice casual conversation in a friendly, relaxed environment.  Registration is not required, but space is limited, so please come early.

Join us at the library to make your very own paper mâché lantern! Perfect for adding a personal touch to your home. All materials will be provided, and no previous crafting experience is necessary! Dress for mess.
