Shakespeare-by-the-Book returns to George Memorial Library after 19 years!

It’s an Elephant-and-Piggie themed story time!  Participants will enjoy Elephant and Piggie stories, games and crafts.

This program, which takes place in the Meeting Room, is open to all ages.

This event was scheduled for July 8 but has been rescheduled for this day. Join Brazos Bend State Park volunteer, Carrie Sample, as she introduces participants to live reptiles from the park.

Come join us for a fun family craft program! Children may come in costume for added fun. There will be crafts to assemble, glue, and color.

Youth will practice their coding skills with hands-on exercises. Limited seating. Register online or call 281-238-2140. This computer class is for students in grades 3-8.

Children in grades K-3 are invited to learn about 3D Printing at the library.  Each child will get a 3D printed bookmark at the end of class.

Learn all about sculpture and mobile creator Alexander Calder. Kids in grades K - 5 are invited to create a mobile and learn all about the unique are of sculptures. We'll provide the supplies, you bring the creativity!

Practice your spies skills by discovering how to send hidden messages! Learn how to make invisible ink and the science behind it. This program is for children in grades 1-5.
