Join us for an afternoon games and snacks! Join in a game of Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros! This program is for children in grades 1-5 only. This program is made possible by the Friends of the First Colony Branch Library.

As the weather gets colder, the more time we spend indoors. Help get your indoor space organized by making your own Winter Pencil Holder!

You’re invited to a gift-wrapping party!  Wrap your holiday gifts and enjoy time with other wrapping enthusiasts during this festive event. The library will provide wrapping paper, bows, and gift tags.

Players of all ages and skill levels are invited to practice their strategies while playing against others in a relaxed stress-free environment.  This is a drop-in opportunity to have fun and maybe learn a new chess move or two.  

Unleash your creativity while making your very own Gingerbread House! All supplies will be provided.

Come on by the library to connect with your fellow peers! Have fun with others while playing a variety of Wii, card, and board games. Free snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Studio 7 Dance Company will be hosting a dance class for little ones, ages 2 to 6.

Express yourself and make a fun, funky, one-of-a-kind zine at the library! Zines are mini-handmade magazines/booklets with small amounts of text and images on each page. Magazines to cut up and other materials will be provided.

The Teacher in the Library after-school homework help program welcomes students of all ages to drop by and get homework help from certified teachers.
