Learn the basics of computer use with Computer Basics! Newcomers to computers can also learn and improve mouse, typing skills, and more! Registration is required.

Come build with the library! We'll have LEGO, Keva Planks, Squigz, boxes, and other building blocks and tools. There are monthly challenges, or you can build whatever you can imagine! This program is recommended for grades K-5.

Get ready for a fun-filled Game Day at the library. Kids of all ages can enjoy a variety of board games, card games and exciting activities. From classic favorites to new challenges, there's something for everyone to enjoy!

Join us as we celebrate Lunar New Year by creating colorful folded paper dragons! Materials are provided courtesy of the Friends of the Sugar Land Branch Library. This activity is for students in grades K-3.

Bring your laptop or notebook and join us for some quiet writing time. Participants will spend the majority of the hour writing. Then they will have the opportunity to share what they have been working on, if they wish to.

During this come-and-go activity time, a variety of board games, jigsaw puzzles, and more will be available for children (up through grade 8) and their caregivers to enjoy! Try out a new game and meet new friends!
