The Teacher in the Library after-school homework help program welcomes students of all ages to drop by and get homework help from certified teachers.

Ready, set, STICKER! Choose from lots of fun and wacky designs to create your very own Sticker Art. Use one sticker to inspire a drawing or use lots to create an artistic masterpiece of a collage on Thursday, March 19.

During this come-and-go activity time, a variety of board games, jigsaw puzzles, and more will be available for children (up through grade 8) and their caregivers to enjoy! Try out a new game and meet new friends!

Create art using everyday objects.  This class is led by artist Charles Washington from Young Audiences of Houston.  All supplies will be provided.

Families are invited to join us during Texas History Month as we learn about the Story of the Lone Star State as performed by iAct Houston. Registration is not required, but space is limited.

Join us for a craft carnival! Create from premade crafts or have fun making something new. Participants will use their imagination and creative skills using paper, glue sticks, and crayons.This program will be come and go. 

Get ready for a little friendly competition and a lot of creativity! March Madness: Switch & Create combines Nintendo Switch game play with hands-on crafts.

Come and go as you please to play a variety of board games! Including Mansions of Madness 2nd edition, Return to Dark Tower, T.I.M.E. Stories, and more!

This program is aimed at those 12 years and older. 

Tired of the jigsaw puzzles and board games you’ve got at home?  Donate your gently used puzzles and games to the library, then “shop the swap” to find new-to-you items to take home. Bring board games and puzzles of 250

Gather a team of up to 4 people for our Speed-Puzzling Competition. Teams will have 2 hours to complete a 500-piece puzzle.  The team that completes their puzzle the fastest wins!

Join us every week for Family Coloring Hour! Bring your own coloring pages and supplies or choose from our designs and supplies. We will play relaxing music while we color to help us unwind.
