Day Calendar

During this come-and-go activity time, a variety of board games, jigsaw puzzles, and more will be available for children (up through grade 8) and their caregivers to enjoy! Try out a new game and meet new friends!

We are looking for volunteers to join the Friends of Sugar Land Branch Library. 

Join us for an hour of imaginative play at the library! We'll start with some brief songs and rhymes to wake up our imagination, then children and their caregivers will rotate through a variety of dramatic play stations together. 

Stories, songs, and action rhymes for families with children of all ages. This program will conclude with an age-appropriate craft activity. 

Join us for a sing-along movie where you can sing your favorite songs from the movie and enjoy colorful crafts and snacks! Released in 2024, this enormously popular fairy-tale fantasy shares the story of the witches of Oz.

Bring your laptop or notebook and join us for some quiet writing time. Participants will spend the majority of the hour writing. Then they will have the opportunity to share what they have been working on, if they wish to.
