Description

Join us to learn the basics of watercolor painting.  After a brief overview, participants will get a chance to practice techniques they learn by painting a picture.  Limited supplies are available.  Materials are provided by the Friends of Cinco Ranch Branch Library.  This program is for teens and adults.  Registration is required.
