Cinco Ranch Branch Library will RE-OPEN on Monday, March 9. 

Cinco Ranch Branch patrons with hold items available for pickup on or before March 6, 2026, currently being held at the Fulshear Branch Library, should visit the Fulshear Branch to pick up those items. If another location is more convenient, please contact the Fulshear Branch Library to have your items rerouted to your preferred pickup location.

 
Any hold requests filled after March 6 will be held at the Cinco Ranch Branch and will be available during its open hours. The pickup location will be indicated on your hold notification.

Description

Calling all creative writers!  Do you enjoy the challenge of creating stories?

Beginning June 8th, a monthly story prompt will be posted to the Missouri City Branch Library Facebook page. Interested writers will complete the short story by the deadline on June 30th. After the deadline, one of the short stories will be posted on the Missouri City Branch Library Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/MissouriCityBranchLibrary/. The dates for the contest will go as follows: 

 

Writer’s Prompt:  First Session

    June 8, 2020 – June 30, 2020

Deadline:  June 30, 2020

Posting Date: July 8, 2020
