Delay Opening Alert

The George Memorial Library in Richmond and the Library Administration Building will open at 12 pm on Mon, Feb 9, because there will be no water in the buildings. Notary services will also be unavailable during this time.

CLOSING

Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be CLOSED for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

All items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch Branch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch to reroute the items to your preferred location.

Description

Are you feeling fancy and looking for a reason to dress up? Join us online for a Fancy Nancy inspired tea party. This 15-minute pre-recorded video will include instructions on how to make a fancy wand and crown, etiquette tips to practice at home, instructions on how to make Fancy Nancy inspired snacks, and a reading of a Fancy Nancy book. Limited craft packets will be available for pick-up at the First Colony Branch Library for this programming beginning Monday, May 17th. This program is made possible by the Friends of the First Colony Branch Library.
