Description

Join Mia George as she shares her passion for financial readiness with other teenagers. Mia is in 11th grade and has developed a beginner's financial-literacy program on how to save money, budget, and plan for your financial future. She plans to cover why financial literacy matters for teens, managing allowances/earnings, saving strategies, emergency fund, smart spending habits, understanding credit & debit, planning for college, college scholarships, and ways to avoid debt. 

 

This program is intended for ages 14-18, but college students are also welcome to attend.
