Cinco Ranch Branch Library will RE-OPEN on Monday, March 9. 

Cinco Ranch Branch patrons with hold items available for pickup on or before March 6, 2026, currently being held at the Fulshear Branch Library, should visit the Fulshear Branch to pick up those items. If another location is more convenient, please contact the Fulshear Branch Library to have your items rerouted to your preferred pickup location.

 
Any hold requests filled after March 6 will be held at the Cinco Ranch Branch and will be available during its open hours. The pickup location will be indicated on your hold notification.

Explore Mexican cuisine in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month!  In this hands-on cooking demonstration, Chef Crys from MoonLyte Cooking, will teach us how to prepare calabicitas, a refreshing and healthy Mexican vegetable dish.  MoonLyte Cooking’s sole purpose is to inform and educate the community on alternative eating and cooking methods that help promote healthier lifestyles.

This program is generously sponsored by the Friends of University Branch Library.  Seating is limited, and registration is required.  Register online, in person, or call 281-633-5100.

Park inside the gated lot (VISITOR LOT 4).  Bring your parking ticket with you inside the library to be validated by library staff.  Parking is FREE if you get your ticket validated.  Parking outside the gated lot may result in a parking violation from the University of Houston.
