Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be CLOSED for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

All items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch Branch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch to reroute the items to your preferred location.

Description

Sewing by Hand Club is a class where we will go over different sewing methods, techniques, and projects. Each month we will learn techniques and discuss how they can be used to repair clothing or create new sewing projects. These classes are intended for beginners and no previous experience with sewing is required.

This month focus will be on learning hemming basics. Bring a pair of pants or jeans that needs hemming. Limited supplies available. Materials are provided by Friends of the Cinco Ranch Branch Library. 

This program is for ages young adult and adult.
