On Monday, January 26, all Fort Bend County Libraries will be CLOSED.

However, the Meeting Rooms at George Memorial (Richmond) and Mission Bend Branch Libraries will be open to the public as WARMING CENTERS ONLY on Monday, January 26, from 8 am to 5 pm. Free Wi-Fi, limited outlets, and a warm environment will be available. Please note: No library services will be offered during this time, and only service animals are permitted inside.

CLOSING

Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be CLOSED for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

All items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch Branch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch to reroute the items to your preferred location.

Sewing by Hand Club

Description

Sewing by Hand Club is a class where we will go over different sewing methods, techniques, and projects.  Each month we will learn techniques and discuss how they can be used to repair clothing or create new sewing projects. These classes are intended for beginners and no previous experience with sewing is required. 

This month's focus will be on learning how to make a fabric ornaments. 

Materials for this program are provided by the Friends of Cinco Ranch Branch Library. 

This program is intended for people ages 14 and older.
