Mission Bend Branch Alert

The Mission Bend Branch Library is currently closed for repairs. Currently held items may be picked up at the front door by calling 832-471-5900 when you arrive at the library. When you call, have your barcode ready to give to staff. Staff will meet you at the front door with your items. Please have your library card and/or photo ID ready to show staff. Check back for updates.

Description

Tired of the jigsaw puzzles you’ve got at home?  Swap them out for new-to-you puzzles at our Puzzle Swap.  Donate your gently used jigsaw puzzles to the library, then swap them out for more puzzles at our first ever Puzzle Swap.  Bring puzzles of 250 pieces or more to the 2nd-floor reference desk starting Monday, July 15, and receive a voucher with the number of puzzles you donated.  Bring the voucher with you on August 3 to shop the swap. You'll be able to take the same number of puzzles home with you. Any unclaimed puzzles will be used for library programming or donated elsewhere. Please donate complete puzzles only.

Park inside the gated lot (VISITOR LOT 4).  Bring your parking ticket with you inside the library to be validated by library staff.  Parking is FREE if you get your ticket validated.  Parking outside the gated lot may result in a parking violation from the University of Houston.
