Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be closed for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. Holds can be picked up through Thu, Jan 8 at Cinco Ranch Branch. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch. 

Beginning Fri, Jan 9, until the re-opening of the Cinco Ranch Branch building, all items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch on Jan 9 to reroute the items to your preferred location.

Join us for this special presentation in honor of the 100th anniversary of Black History Month, featuring a local entrepreneur of prominence!  

To introduce participants to the world of crystal singing bowls, explore the different tones and frequencies (Hz) they produce, and understand the potential benefits for achieving balance and well-being in daily life. The class will include an overview of Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, and Ocean Drums; a presentation on the various tones produced by crystal singing bowls; a discussion the materials used (crystal quartz) and their unique properties; and a Demonstration the different sizes and shapes of bowls.
