Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be closed for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building.

All Fort Bend County Libraries locations will CLOSE at 5:00 pm Wed, Dec 24, and will be CLOSED from Thu, Dec 25 through Sun, Dec 28, 2025, for Christmas. 

All Fort Bend County Libraries locations will CLOSE at 5:00 pm Wed, Dec 31, and will be CLOSED Thu, Jan 1, 2026, for the New Year's Holiday.

Celebrate the end of National Inventor’s Month by watching our Rube Goldberg Machine!  A Rube Goldberg Machine is a series of needlessly complicated chain-reactions that are designed to perform a simple task.

A great deal of sweat and tears went into making this video, so we hope you enjoy it!
