Delay Opening Alert

The George Memorial Library in Richmond and the Library Administration Building will open at 12 pm on Mon, Feb 9, because there will be no water in the buildings. Notary services will also be unavailable during this time.

CLOSING

Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be CLOSED for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

All items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch Branch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch to reroute the items to your preferred location.

Fort Bend County Libraries is proud to present the 2021 Virtual Poetry Slam! We're here to shout loud and proud that we dare to hope!

Register here if you plan to watch the Poetry Slam.  If you intend to compete, not only do you register here to get the Webex link, but you must ALSO submit your poems to this application form by Monday, May 3, at 5 pm.  For more information about the guidelines, please go to http://bit.ly/FBCLPoetrySlam.
