Description

Come celebrate and explore the flavors of the African diaspora with us! Join Erica Knighton from Prairie View A&M Extension as she presents A Taste of African Heritage. This cooking program is aimed at demonstrating how to prepare healthy, delicious meals with a unique African flair.
