Program Description

Description

COVID-19 has financially impacted thousands of people in the Houston area. But it doesn’t have to leave you homeless. Eviction is a complicated process that may include remedies to save you from losing your home that you are not aware of.  Are you being evicted or threatened with eviction? The Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law’s Earl Carl Institute for Legal & Social Policy is providing a FREE legal assistance seminar to help you stay in your home. The “Eviction: Know Your Rights” Initiative is aimed at connecting you to the legal advice and defense you need to fight back.

This will be a live program. Look for a link in your email at least an hour before the event.
