Cinco Ranch Branch Library is currently CLOSED for carpet replacement and will RE-OPEN on Monday, March 9. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. VOTING WILL take place at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

All items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch Branch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch to reroute the items to your preferred location.

Description

Our Mission:

1) Recruit "Striving-to-Thrive" Youth (grades PreK-5) from Fort Bend County, Texas, that are eligible for the Free/Reduced-Price School-Lunch Program and provide them with 6 (six) Age-Appropriate Financial Education lessons per year.

2) After they have completed 3 lessons in a calendar year, participants earn credits (up to $500/participant/year) which are invested in the low-cost Vanguard S&P 500 Large Cap ETF (VOO).   

3) Upon reaching the age of majority (age 18 in Texas), the Life All-Stars gift the accumulated funds to the participant to provide for their welfare/needs or further investment.
