All libraries, except Cinco Ranch Branch, will be OPEN normal hours on Saturday, January 24. On Sunday, January 25, George Memorial Library in Richmond (8 am – 5 pm), and Sienna Branch Library (1 pm – 5 pm) will be open as WARMING CENTERS ONLY. Library services will not be available on Sunday. Check back for updates. 

CLOSING

Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be CLOSED for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

All items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch Branch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch to reroute the items to your preferred location.

Description

Diane Whitmarsh from the Fort Bend Photography Club and the Art League of Fort Bend presents, “How to use your smart phone camera to take photos like a pro!”  Get to know your smartphone camera and gain technical tip for using your camera functions like a real professional.  She’ll also cover the different camera modes, composition tips, functions and mode techniques, and basic photography principals.

The Fort Bend Photography Club is generously giving away door prizes at the event, so be sure to sign up!
