Program Description

Description

Friday Films is a series of film screenings at University Branch Library on Friday afternoons.

We’re screening Auntie Mame, a 1958 film adapted from the novel and long-running Broadway play of the same name.  In it, an orphan goes to live with his free-spirited Auntie Mame. Conflict (and hilarity) ensues when the executor of his father's estate objects to the aunt's lifestyle.

Light refreshments, provided by the Friends of the University Branch Library, will be served.
