Learn how to carve fruits and vegetables to make your own elegant, edible centerpieces for your next event or party.  Ms. Sucharee Yossunthorn, owner of Edible Designs by Su, will demonstrate how to use both a sharp knife and her skills to create beautiful works of art that are delicious and practical.
