Come and see how Miss Su can use ordinary fruits and vegetables to create beautiful art works.  Miss Su will be showing how to turn a variety of fruits and vegetable into exquisite flowers, leaves and garnishes to create a beautiful centerpiece fro your table.  Experience how to transform several fruits and vegetables into edible designs of beautiful  pieces of art.  The tradition of Thai fruit carving is performed all over the world to transform simple dishes into classic  and artistic creations suitable for banquets and weddings.
