Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be CLOSED for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

All items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch Branch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch to reroute the items to your preferred location.

Description

Do you remember your favorite hair accessory from the '80s and ‘90s, the scrunchie?  It has made a comeback! We will show you how to make your own without spending a lot of money.  You can start your own collection or make them for your friends and family.
