Cinco Ranch Branch Library will be CLOSED for several weeks starting Mon, Jan 12, because we are replacing carpet throughout the building. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

All items that were requested to be held at Cinco Ranch Branch should be picked up at Fulshear Branch library. If another location is more convenient for you, please contact Fulshear Branch to reroute the items to your preferred location.

Description

In this workshop, participants who may be thinking about buying a home will learn what financial preparation is required prior to purchasing a home. They will understand the factors that can affect their eligibility for a loan, the different mortgage options available to them, and learn how to estimate what they can afford to pay for a home.
