Learn about the various sources of funds in the marketplace, the best place to start, what the lenders look for when reviewing a funding application and the key ingredients for success when borrowing money.

The workshop will also cover sources of equity and how to use equity as an alternative to borrowing funds.

Earle Bolks is a retired commercial banker with over forty years experience.  In his career he had extensive experience with commercial, retail, and real estate lending.  He has been responsible for the resolution of problem accounts of all types and sizes. He has held a wide variety of roles including CEO in various Texas banks during his career.  Mr. Bolks has owned and consulted to small businesses including health spas, sports arenas, finance companies, trucking companies and others over the years.
