Houston Writing Guild Workshop will explore how writing has a positive effective on mental and psychological improvement through times of disaster, health complications and stress.  Writing for recovery is not a new way to heal but one that is becoming more understood.   Attendees should bring a laptop, notebook, or other writing materials.
